Friday September 14'th- Zero Db @ Sugar Factory
The produces of one of my favourite albums from last year ("Bongos, Bleeps & Basslines") Zero Db return to play again in Amsterdam. These guys are outstanding producers who are much sought after in the remix circuit. Their dance floor fuelled Brazilian dub sound bring with it a nice dub step/drum n bass vibe.
I was the only one to see them play the last time they came to Amsterdam because in the Kliene Zaal of Paradiso it was literally myself and the sound guy and a few appreciative Paradiso staff members. Never the less they played a very cool set cutting up future Jazz and other styles into their monster sound.
Don't miss this one...at last the summer slumber is over.

Wednesday September 26'th - State Radio @ Paradiso
One year after their debut gig State Radio return to the Paradiso to promote their new album.
This is an east cost US garage rock band and they are great live. Only 7.5 entry.
What people say about State Radio
"The anti-establishment politics of Rage Against the Machine meets the revolutionary lyrics of Bob Marley."
"Garage rock songs, reminiscent of the Clash, with some Bob Marley beats and reggae rhythms thrown in for good measure. Chad Stokes even goes so far as to put on a faux-Marley accent, though the results are mixed: he ends up sounding more like a strange version of the Arcade Fire's Win Butler."
Which is actually pretty cool in my opinion.

Sunday October 7'th - Cinematic Orchestra, Ingrid and Zero 7 Instrumental @ Paradiso
The cinematics played an amazing show in the Melkweg earlier this year. Not sure what this collaboration will be like but it should be interesting.
